I would like to ask if Epsom Salt can be use for detoxing as well as relief of constipation?
I did the Lemon Detox Diet a while ago and had to drink a Sea Salt for detoxing and I find it very useful but very expensive at the same time to buy it from the distributor. So I would like to know if it's possible to use Epsom Salt for it instead?
The dosage for the salt detox then was 1 tsp to 1 litre of warm water, would I be using the same dosage for the epsom salt?
I am told that the reason why the Sea Salt works is because the salt in the Sea Salt is much higher than what our body can recognise thats why instead of the salt going through our system it will come out straight away in form of a detox of the colon.
Would someone please verify that for me please.
