Re: Symptoms of parasite cleanse?

First, thank you everyone for your support and information. Second, I have more questions and I wonder if I am okay here or should I go to another forum for these?

I rested all last night after my "episode" at work. I still took my 3rd dosage before bed. I woke up with head pain more like sinus pressure in my face and temples.

I'm wondering about the enema. This is my first everything. I found this site very recently and have been looking for a cure for my chronic constipation away from Western medicine. parasite cleanse is my first step in many to come. I am ready to purchase Schulze's #1 and Superfood and then I will use Schulze's #2, hoping and praying that I have found 'my' cure.

Any thoughts, suggestions on the above? I've never tried an enema except having babies in the 80's where they made you do one before birth. Also, my doctor prescried Zelnorm after my colonoscopy and the side effects were dreadful...this has lead me to CZ. He told me I need to retrain my bowels and the Zelnorm will do that. I have had this problem since 1982 and I do know that Western meds is not the answer for me. I am thristing for knowledge on here.
