I had a similar thing happen. I had this screaming headache and my eyeballs also felt very odd. I did some reasearch and I remember reading that as parasites die, they give off ammonia. This is why you get a headache, as they die of fin your brain. Not evry pleasant but hope that helps.

P.S. My headache went away completely the next day and I felt tons better.
