Dear Wendy: I have been doing the BED almost for 5 months. The first 3 months I was constantly exhausted. At that time, I was doing a mild Liver Flush using an herbal product. I decided to discontinue the liver cleanse because apparently I was too weak to withstand it. I have found that doing enemas is very useful to help with exhaustion. I have also reduced oils to a minimun and drink as much coconut kefir as I can (I feel that it really helps with my digestion). I also observe at what times the weakness comes and I look for certain foods or supplements that may be triggering it. I have found that for me it is very common to become sensitive to a food or a supplement that I used to tolerate. I hope this helps.
