Did Dr.Clark approve steel cookware at all???

Did anyone actually see this in print in one of Dr. Clarks books? Or did it come from a website selling "her" products? It makes me wary the way those websites make it look like they are affiliated with her when, from what I understand, she doesn't actually even endorse any of them. Am I wrong about this? I think it’s kind of unscrupulous, so I’m feel a little cautious about what claims they make.
I think I'd like to see something in print written by Dr. Clark before I lay out the cash for new cookware. I hope it’s true. I’d sure like to not feel guilty about metal cookware.
