Why the change of heart? forks & knives as well?

I see Healthcraft has cutlery too. Is it just the fact they have no nickel that Dr. Clark approves? There must be forks and knives made this way as well, my wife doesn't like the plastic overly well.

I almost was going to order that French made enameled cast iron cookware that looks so good even if it is from France :^).
