Have you read any of Dr. Clarks books?
She HIGHLY recommends to do a six week kidney cleanse along with a parasite cleanse (either herbal or Zapping or both together)before doing the liver cleanse. A good Colon Cleanse is very helpful also if your bowels are not working properly. She says that you won't get good results if you have parasites in your liver.
