Liver Cleanse is not working, help please !

Can anyone help me...? I am a 55 year old woman who has never drunk or smoked or exeeded with any particular thing. I have had a lifetime of irregular eating patterns!

It is 4.30 am in Shanghai where I reside and have come to the pc looking for help.
Over the last few days I read the info on Liver Cleansing and it made a lot of sense... chose Hulda's recipe, seeming an easy one and with ingredients available here.

Last night drank the Epsom Salts , twice , followed by the grapefruit with olive oil and went straight to bed. The oil has not gone through and is repeating in my throat with a lot of air coming up with it! Can anyone recommend anything?

I have been having digestive problems for some years and digestion seems to go smoothly only if I eat very bland non greasy foos, so much so that when I read the liver cleanse as being a help for bad digestion, bloating, water retention..... I thought... great this is it !!

I have had scans and barium x rays to be told that all is in order. But its not!!! What do I do? In 4 hours I have to drink the next Epsom Salts drink and if I haven't digested the oil, I dont think its advisable. Has anyone perhaps had a similar problem and can advise on what needs doing? I have faith that somewhere from the universe some help will come... thank you in advance. Lucia
