An amateurs advice on alkalized water

I've only just started researching the acid/alkaline balance theory but alkalized (or ionized) water is water that has a high pH reading. All the methods you mentioned are used. Some sell bottled alkalized water, some sell drops which can be added to ordinary water and the most expensive but probably the most accurate method of producing Alkalized Water is with a filter which can be purchased for home use. I have not used any of these methods yet but I gather using Alkalized Water is one of the many ways of raising your pH levels. There are many sites covering this topic on the net.
