I happened to see this post and felt I should respond. I have been drinking Alkaline Water exclusively since May of 2002. My cancer hasn't gone away, which is what I'm assuming you're wondering about since this is the Cancer Forum . However, I feel well and after seriously injuring my back in December and getting it x-rayed, I saw that the Arthritis I had the last time I had been x-rayed, approximately 15 years ago, was totally gone. Over the past 15 years I had experienced increased pain and stiffness, until I started drinking the water. Up until I injured my back, the pain and stiffness had been greatly reduced and the x-rays showed why. So I'm very impressed with the water!

There are many ways to make your body more alkaline. First, is to consume generally only green vegetables. The expert on this subject is Dr. Robert Young. His website is at http://www.thephmiracle.us/ . I have a water machine that makes alkaline water. It was about 500-600 dollars from Watershed.com. It separates tap water into alkaline and acidic water. I drink the Alkaline Water and water my plants with the acidic water (they love it). Robert Young's pH Miracle diet will probably be an extreme change to your current diet but boy the benefits are amazing! Although I don't stick to the diet as well as I'd like, I lost a lot of weight and went from a couch potato to bouncing off the walls with energy! Coral Calcium is another good source for alkalizing the body. I would suggest buying Robert Young's book.
