Re: religious debate?

I believe that there have been wonderful explorations of different religious perspectives in the Religious Debate Forums but there are some who have turned debates into a series of barbed comments toward one another. Maybe you are right about cancelling the religious Debate Forums though? We can all go back to our corners and shut off the dialouge and learn nothing from one another about our varying perspectives? I know I have been growing spiritually because of the religious Debate Forums but you have to be thick skinned to not be offended from time to time. Maybe we could consider changing the forum's names to Religious Discussion Forums and state in the guidelines that negative comments must not be directed toward an individual or another religion that will be taken as offensive? This might relieve the current problems occuring in the religious debate forums? My opinion but doesn't religious discussion have a better ring to it? Tweet
