Symptoms worsen after flush

I just completed my second flush and I feel that it was successful because I rid myself of over 100 green stones and chaf. However, my allergy symptoms have worsened since that flush. After my first flush, I felt great for a couple of days and then my allergies starting returning. They had not been present since I completed my first Master-Cleanse in May. What my cryptic typing is trying to say is that with each flush, my allergies seem to be increasing toward the level they use to be at prior to the MC.

Can anyone shed some light as to why my symptoms may be worsening?
