Re: ALL ABOUT MUCOID PLAQUE

Hi,

I've actually come to the conclusion that what you are saying is correct. I mean, the Psyllium starts to get gunky in the glass if you don't drink it fast enough. After it's been in your gut for a few hours at body temp why wouldn't it do just what you say? Another thing that makes me doubt the existence of mucoid plaque is I was watching one of those medical shows where they film colonoscopies. These were people with various pathologies so you'd think they'd have tons of plaque that wouldn't be removed by the usual methods if anybody would. Those folks' intestines were clean as whistles. That's not to say I don't think Colon Cleanses are beneficial. I do believe it's not healthy to be constipated and have a slow bowel transit time and a Colon Cleanse helps with that very well. Many of us do not get adequate fiber or water in our diets and the Colon Cleanse gets you started doing just that. It's beneficial, but not for the reason that most people think. JMHO.
