Most of what comes out in the early stages of a Bowel Cleanse is a mixtue of the mucoidal psyllium, swollen Bentonite and of course fecal material. However, the long blackish, rubbery, ropes that finally emerge is the sludge or mucoid plaque that builds up on the walls of the colon, narrowing its diameter, distorting its shape, and interfereing with its natural rhythm. That sludge is also a breeding ground for unhealthy bacteria, yeasts, and toxins.
Short term cleanses may help, but it takes a long committed effort to get the plaque out. I know there are many who don't believe, but there are also enough testimonies out there to make me think Bowel Cleanses are important. Tweet
