When I was taking psyllium and Bentonite I never passed any ropes, but I did pass a couple of pure white dessicated feces. I wondered how they'd gotten white, and if it was like dog feces that get white when they're left out for a long time. When I did a coffee enema I passed several masses the size of golf balls, all exactly round and exactly the same size, and a lot of crescent shapes, also all exactly the same size and shape. When you look at the colon, these shapes are the shapes that clay would get molded into if pressed into the folds of the colon. Repeated coffee enemas would not yield any more of these crescents, but if I stopped the enemas for a few months and started again, I would see them again. Then several years later when I was taking a supplement called Okra Pepsin E-3, after a few weeks I passed an off-white rope in the shape of my intestines, as rubbery and hard as silicone. It was so perfectly formed that it looked like it had been cast from a mold of the colon, and it was hollow and of a uniform thickness, and about a foot long. So, if these balls and ropes were due to psyllium and bentonite, then they would have had to be hanging out for a few years in my colon without getting passed. But either way, SOMETHING was hanging out for a long time in my colon. I still have no idea what that off-white rope was made of, but I read another story somewhere about a woman who passed something like that and had never taken any psyllium or bentonite, but had passed it on a juice fast.
