I do not smoke or drink. At all. Secondhand smoke is a trigger for me, as is greasy food, which I don't eat.
I usually wake up with migraines, and it has been that way since I was 12, which is weird since the last 3 I have been getting were triggered in the late morning/afternoon. Usually the ones that get triggered during the day are far more worse than the ones I wake up with.
I drink about 75-100 oz of water a day. I don't know how many liters that is, but today I drank extra water, because I heard that migraines can be caused by dehydration. While I don't think I am dehydrated, I wanted to rule out all possibilities.
Thanks for the info... I am going to re-fill my water bottle again now!
