This morning when I woke up I put pure essential lavender oil on my toe (I have a fungal toe nail and heard lavender works well for funguses and warts - although I haven't tried it on warts yet, as I don't have any)...
I didn't bring it with me, but I used to put some in a hot steaming shower to breath in the scent when I got migraines. The last couple migraines I got, though, smelling the lavender oil has made me nauseous. Maybe I should try rubbing it on the bottoms of my feet? I will try that when I get home tonight, and rubbing it on my temples if I can bear the smell. I, too, sleep with the bottle of lavender on my bedside table!!
