I really appreciate your sharing everything! Since you are a believer please pray for me to get on track and get started with my fast.

I started beginning of June and only lasted until the 3rd evening. I wasn't hungry only tempted. And it has been hard because I don't know how to deal with all those BBQ's and birthday parties I'm invited to. I guess it is best just to stay away from them. I am traveling on a short trip with family this weekend. I want to start on the 7th when I get back.

I am overweight(235 lbs), have fibromyalgia (symptoms include depression, anxiety & brain fog), chronic fatique & high blood pressure. I know I will feel much better once I get rid of all the toxins & weight. I will be doing the BP shakes, parasite elimination, & liver flushes.

I hope to meet you up there too!
