Re: Update...
This is certainly good news to hear! Unfortunately I've tried almost everything under the sun as far as supplements go with no improvements:
Vit A 25k IU
Vit D 1,000 IU
Vit E 500IU
Lutein 20mg
Eyebright 940mg
Bilberry Complex 80mg
Magnesium 500mg
Zinc 40mg
Calcium 1000mg
I did the above for 6 months and I had no noticeable improvement. Either vitamin/mineral deficiency isn't my problem or my body is not sufficiently ultilizing the above supplements. I did a
parasite cleanse, liver cleanse,
Bowel Cleanse and 11-day Master Cleanse + 2 day
Water Fast prior to starting my eye supplementation, and I eat 80% raw fruits and vegetables. At one point I was having 5-6
pounds of carrots (juiced)/week, you'd think that'd at least do something for the eyes! I haven't tried molybdenum yet, but I have had MSM for maybe about a year not too long ago when I was talking Glucosamine + MSM, and that didn't seem to affect my eyesight. I don't know how else to get Molybdenum other than with NAC, which I have some left over from one of my cleanses... it includes 50mcg molybdenum per cap... may I ask how much have you been taking?
I'm not ready to give up on the natural route just yet. I'm about to invest in a eyesight program, hopefully retraining my eye muscles might help! Do you perhaps have any other possible ideas or suggestions?
