That's interesting prettysoulful, that low calcium affects eyesight. I have been supplementing 400mg magnesium citrate to help me sleep and relax, and I think my calcium levels are low.
I read that low calcium levels can cause sweating around the head and face in cold weather. And that it can cause people to look pale and listless, get tired, and become lazy. Other symptoms are sensitive to cold weather, become nervous,insomnia, irritability, muscle cramps etc.
I have all these symtpoms and my eyesight is worsenine a great deal. I think I should start supplementing calcium at 800mg (cal/mag in a 2:1 ratio). Which calcium is best? Citrate?
