Could you explain how and when to use the hot water bottle?

Also, are you saying that you don't do the ES in the morning when you do the coffee enema? I did the coffee enema the morning of my last flush and had tremendous results.

I did the ES and a warm water enema after and flushed out so many large stones it was scary. No parasites though which I thought was strange.

It has now been exactly 2 weeks since my last flush and I swear I can feel the need to do it again. Discomfort in my right side just below my ribs. Anyone else experience this?
