Re: liver flush and allergies

The Epsom Salt laxative is uneccessary. Just do enemas after the flush instead.

I have some ideas/reccomendations about how to help your intestinal pain, but since I have the same problem, I don't feel it's fair to hand out advice until I'm able to correct the problem in myself first! If I do, I'll let you know what I did... I don't know if the pain is due to a bacterial infection, or if it's a digestion problem, or an ulcer, or maybe something else... If I figure it out, I'll let you know. I'll just have to continue to experiment on myself!

What are your symptoms? In my case, I get pain in my bowels about 6-9 hours after eating (I only eat once a day because of my bad food allergies .) The pain is always relieved by doing an enema. Is this different from your situation?

Tim
