What do you mean by vegetable protein! SOY! are you sure your are familiar with Mercola. Part of the no grain diet is allowing the toxins from whole grains and/or soy to be eliminated from the body.And what type of whole grains . I know those so called whole grain breads they sell at the grocers have all kinds of toxins in them or do you bake your bread at home with organic wheat berries you mill yourself.Otherwise what is the sense of detoxing if your going to add toxins back in your diet. Everybody talks about how nutritional whole grains are but I can't find any real proof of that! I believe some people have higher tolerences to grains, but thats seems to be what grains amount to, tolerences,thats healthy! Or are they just ingrained! in our minds? Grog
