Re: Skewed muddled thinking throughout, makes no persuasive case

After spending a period of time eating paleo due to candidiasis I was a stanch supporter of grain free diets.

It's only been recently due to reading on the Weston A Price site that I've come around again to the understanding that grains can play a part in a healthy diet.

I think the crucial factor is PREPARATION. Grains need to be soaked/sprouted for at least 24 hours to break down nutrient robbing phytates and release enzymes making them more readily digestible. Unfortunately modern living calls for fast food, whether it's supposedly healthy or not.

We can argue all day and night over this diet and that diets merits, but when you take a close look it's not really quantum mechanics. Choose healthy, whole, live foods, avoid the things that obviously cause you problems and eat/prepare your foods with nutrition in mind.

Personally I stay away from anything man/s farted around with in any way, which seems to work ok.
