For those of you following the program, what did you do in the beginning stages to rid yourself of Sugar cravings? Did you taper off of sweets? Replace non-complex carbs with more complex carbs (fruits for instance). I have done an Atkins type diet with good results, but didn't stick with it, but going into it this time, I feel as if I am addicted to sugar. Any suggestions for overcoming this? Also, is there anyone just starting off that would like a weight loss buddy? Thanks. Good luck to you all.
