I have done the Atkins diet, zone diet, low fat and such. I have found that the only reason any diet works, is because Carbs are reduced, whether on purpose or on accident.
The diet I most believe in is the
Blood Type Diet . Some carbs are reduced on this diet, not because they are carbs, but because they are poisonus to your body, and poisonus food is stored as fat in some people. Eliminate the poison, there's less reason for your body to store fat that has the poisons in them. (if you are an O blood type, that
Sugar and wheat is the absolute worse thing you can put into your body)
Another reason I like the
Blood Type Diet is because you don't reduce your food intake. If you are hungry, then eat, but eat the right things and you will find you eat less on accident because your body will get what it needs then you will be full. The reason wheat and
Sugar are so bad is because there is no nutrients in them, so your body wants more and more looking for nutrients.
It's really not that hard and there's alot of things you are probably avoiding that you can eat. Good luck on whatever you do, but I'm a big fan of the blood type.
