DIET HELP


I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO "DIET" FOR MONTHS. I HAVE LOST 14 LBS SO FAR. I HAVE BEEN DOING "LOW CARB" BUT NOT AS STRICT AS THE ATKINS PLAN. I DO CHEAT AND HAVE Sugar AND WHITE FLOUR, AND I FIND MYSELF BINGING. I STAY ON THE SCALE. CAN SOMEONE HELP? I AM TIRED OF FEELING SO OUT OF CONTROL. I AM HUNGRY RIGHT NOW, AND I AM READY TO JUST GIVE UP. I THINK I HAVE ENOUGH TO EAT. I HAD 2 EGGS AND 2 STRIPS OF BACON FOR BREAKFAST, A SALAD W/ LETTUCE TOM. CUCUMBER AND DRESSING AND A FEW GREEN BEANS, BUT I AM STARVING. HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH? ITS ONLY 1:45 PM.
