Gracy- where is the info on getting rid of mercury that you spoke of?
amd all you did was change your diet, eat kefir, colon/liver/ parasite and some supplements. i am using clay baths for mercury but i think i need more to help get this out.
may i ask what were your symptoms with candida? it is encouraging to hear from others who have gotten better. and what kind of colon cleansing?
