i too am going through a difficult time right now. My girlfriend dumped me after 7 years because of my insecurity. In your case, you remind me a lot of me. We want to savage things quickly before it is too late. The only answer to your problem is TIME.

Giver her space again. Let her think and wonder what she did and what you are doing. Let her MISS YOU. She will feel guilty and then realize to call you.

You are worried if she moves on with her ex. So let it be. If she does, then she is either confused or she was never yours to begin with. If it is meant to be, she will come back to you. Who knows she may be using her ex just so she can feel wanted and not alone. In the end, she will end up hurting him and she will come back to you.

Unfortunately, woman need and love attention. They look-up to their family , friends or ex's for comfort. Going to the ex is always a way that they just need to be pampered unlike what the family and friends would do. They wanted to feeled loved unlike family and friends would share. That is probably why she went to her ex. I'm sure she doesn't love him the way she loves you.

Give it time, and she will realize her fate, and she may come back to you.
