Is it OK for someone in a serious relationship to go clubbing??

Hi, i've been dating my girlfriend for about 2 1/2 years and this weekend she went out to a club. This got me mad, but i did not have the nerve to tell her not to go. She knows I don't like her going to places like that, but she still went that night. I didn't see her until the next day and told her how I felt. She explained to me that she wanted to have fun. I was fine with that but all I could think about was how could she go to a place which could jeopordize the relationship. What got me extremely upset is that she danced with another guy, but the guy is one of her old buddies from the past.

After hearing what she said I wonderded if I am being selfish for getting upset at her for going clubbing. I want to tell her that going to places like that hurts me, but I don't have the courage to say it to her b/c i don't want to spoil her fun. I don't know what to do? Tweet
