I really appreciate your info, I am 24 hours away from my very first liver flush, and still in the air of whether to use magnesium oxide or Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate).
Just to clarify, when you say the magnesium oxide worked better for you, I guess you mean because these flushes produced more stones ALTHOUGH you did feel more nauseous with the magnesium oxide??? Is it perhaps possible that you you just don't have as many stones any more?
Where all your previous flushes with magnesium oxide? How much did you take? How much did you take of the Epsom Salts ?
