Yes, I have used both. I did 12 Liver Flushes over 12 weeks with Magnesium oxide and got a LOT of stones. I just recently did a flush for the first time(after not having done one for 2 years) with Epsom Salts . I didn't get as many stones but I also didn't feel as nauseous. I think the magnesium worked better for me personally but I will give the Epsom Salts another try. Also this time I have an ache around my gall bladder area so I think there maybe a few stones stuck there waiting to be expelled. So there many have been a block in the first flush and that is why I didn't get heaps out.
