So....you wanna do another fast eh? Well...since you did a reasonable 10 day fast, I say...just listen to your body and desire - it'll tell you when you've just gotta cleanse again! If you had done a, say 40 Day fast then it would be VERY important to not do another fast for at least a few months. But...as long as you give yourself some time to build back up, eat well like you're planning to...then all will be well! I think if the desire to do another fast is there...then you gotta go with it.

As for the parasite cleanse...you can pick up Paragone at your local health/vitamin store....two boxes last for 30 days. That's the minimum you want to do. And, of course, if you see parasites then you'll want to go longer to make sure they're all cleaned out! To get psyched for that check out the 'Recommened Reading' posts on the parasite Forum and the last Archive...there were tons of wormies coming out on that last one! woah.

That's great you're stickin' with the 3 b&p's a day! Let us know what kind of stuff you get out next (we really DO want to know!).
