I am seeking advise or help. I have gained 20 lbs in the past two years, and I don't understand why. I am 41, understand some metab changes, but my....i was walking 3 mi a day, 5x a week, and nothing. I have tried Adkins, 2x, which used to work, and nothing. I don't really respond to weight watchers. so many foods give me such gas, most dairy, vegetables, fruits, sesonings, salad dressing. So much that I should eat, and just can't. I am considering the Lemonade Diet . Any ideas. Unhappily plump.
