I AM COMMITTED, JUST UNSURE OF WHERE DO BEGIN, HOW MUCH TO DRINK, WHERE TO GET THE INGREDIANTS ETC, ETC. I REALLY AM NOT THAT POOR OF AN EATER. NOR DO I EAT A WHOLE LOT EACH DAY, WHICH IS WHY I HAVE BEEN SO FRUSTRATED. I DON'T SMOKE, NOT A Sugar ADDICT, AT ALL, BUT I DO ENJOY CHIPS ONCE IN A WHILE. BUT THAT WILL NOT KEEP ME FROM REACHING MY GOALS. I SHARED MY PROBLEMS ONCE WITH SOMEONE WHO WORKS WITH SHAKLEE, WHICH SHE RECOMMENDED THE OPTI FLORA TO GET THE GOOD BACTERIA IN MY COLON, BUT GOLLY, IT GAVE ME SO MUCH GAS TOO. I HAD TO STOP.
