I started with Parmahansa Yogananda- was with SRF (Self Realization Fellowship) for 14 years-a breath and meditative practice-and very spiritual.
Then Iyengar for 2 years, then Kundalini for 4 years-now I do both Iyengar and Kundalini. Kundalini for the esoteric movment of energy and Iyengar for the great stretching and the "Down Dog" posture. Actually I have an excellent Iyengar teacher who has some resembalance to a drill sargent! I love her tho.
And Kundalini speaks to all sides of yoga, asana, mantr, mudra. It is the one that speaks to my heart and soul.
