I wish I had known about Chinese Bitters earlier. I just had a Uterine Fibroid Embolization 3 weeks ago to shrink a 10cm fibroid. I don't know if there will be any shrinkage within the next year. My belly is still very tender and bloated.
Still can't do prone lying down postures...like cobra, bow, locust...It looks like I will have to start over to restrengthen what I lost. I'm sure there is a message in there for me.

Anyway, thanks Janaki, good to know that there are positive alternatives to certain health issues and concerns.
