Well, I have studied at the Esther Myers Studio , at the Hatha & Raja Yoga Studies with Marie Paulyn, at the The Yoga Way, and with Axel Molema. Also, I have studied with 3 other certificed instructors running their own private classes in the GTA area.
I've tried Bikram but being a Vata body type, the heat didn't agree with me. I've also tried Ashtanga at the Yoga Santuary.
I've discovered that I prefer the classical hatha yoga. I occasionally experience vertigo and have slight scoliosis. Therefore, slow sustained poses incorporated with proper breathing are ideal for me. Not only do I find such a workout strengthening but also very grounding.
Any recommendations will be very much appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
