Re: i need all the postures of yoga asanas naked and clothed

thanx once again for sending me the add. of sites where i can view the postures.

u r right in asking why i need nude pics of postures.
the reason is the position of body is clearly visible in the nude pose and will help the students understand the posture completely.

as far as i am concerned i have tried to pose in langoti but here in hyderabad we do not have professional photographers of that calibre and hence i was trying for the same from other sources.
i request u for one more think janaki will u kindly let me know the sequence fot the following basic asanas:
Yogasanas

1. Ardha-Matsyendrasan
2. Sarvangasan
3. Halasan
4. Pavan-Muktasan
5. Matsyasan
6. Bhujangasan
7. Dhanurasan
8. Chakrasan
9. Bhadrasan
10. Vajrasan
11. Paad Pashchimottanasan
12. Surya namaskar

i will be greatful if u can arrange them in sequence and mail me back.
