Another question...

Sorry that I'm asking so many questions, I have another one...

I'm going to be doing the Ejuva ceanse which has some cascara segrada in it. But when I called to ask which cleanse I should do and if that ingrediant is safe, they said that juva is best since it's my 1st time (it's easier on the body). And that the amount of cascara segrada that it has with a limited amount of time it's OK to use.
My question...
Because of constipation problems I've been taking senna once in a while (the only way that anything happends). I've stopped taking senna 4 days ago and had no bowel movement since. Is it still OK to do the colon cleanse? I'm afraid that all the herbs I'll be takig will just get stuck in there.
