Holistic Horizons bowel cleanse

Hello
I was just wondering if anyone here has tried the holistic horizons bowel cleanse. I started on it about 5 days ago, but am so far a little disapointed. I got so constipated yesterday and was very uncomfortable. They said if this happens to quit for 3 days then start it again. That is what I plan to do, but I was wondering if maybe I haven't been drinking enough water. I already was getting some strange stuff out, so I know it was starting to work. I don't want to give up yet!!!
Has anyone else here used these products? What were your experiences? I tend to get constipated already, that is part of why I really want to do this cleanse. I am just worried because so far the cleanse has seemed to make things worse instead of better. Any advice?? Tweet
