Well, I was taking #1 to get the bowel working again. A few years ago I was having one bowel movement every two weeks or so, and this went on for years.

I'm going to take your advice and do the Intestinal #2 (And #3. Can't handle #1 anymore for some reason.) for 3 months. I think I'm ready. SuperFood should help with the electrolyte problem you mentioned, right?

How do I know if my digestion is bad or not? I seem to be getting mixed signals. I do have poor appetite and used to have a lot of nausea and bloated feeling, but I never get indigestion, heartburn, or any of that. I don't see undigested food in the stool either, although I don't look *that* closely.

I am taking this special yogurt a Chinese friend of mine got from Taiwan for probiotics. It's a strange kind. Grows sitting in milk over-night--you then strain off the milk, drink that, and put the culture back in fresh milk again. Ever hear of anything like this? I've tried to find out more about this strange yogurt to no avail. Heat actually kills it. It starts to die off in the summer but grows back the rest of the year.

I'm also hitting the psychology of health really hard these days too. I think it was hard to get up the energy to take the herbs simply because I was dealing with too much stress elsewhere in my life. You can only concentrate on one thing at a time, especially when you're chronically fatigued and have weak adrenals.

Now, for the first time in 13 years, I'm able to keep to a regular schedule of taking herbs. It's fantastic!

I'm sure there are other psychological aspects too, and I'm working on those as well. It feels like the start of a great adventure. I have only the vaguest clues at this point!
