bug bites!!

I am taking olive leaf for parasite and candida killing....
I did 10 days on..then 10 days off.. now I am on my 7th day of round 2.... I am covered in what seem to be bug bites...
itchy little raised bumps...

I keep telling my boyfriend that we have to shampoo our couch and matress' and everything..because we are infested!!..... but he doesnt have any bites.... and no one else in our room or house has anything.... He also reminded me that last time I did a big parasite cleanse.... I got covered in the bites.. and started to freak out about the couch and stuff then....

Has anyone else experienced this? is it a detox reaction..or a parasite /bacteria die off thing...?
