Bad experience, can someone help me figure this out please?:(

Hi,

I am about two weeks into a Bowel Cleanse and started the parasite cleanse on Monday. On Monday, I took:
One teaspoon gold coin grass at 5:30 am
3 clove capsules three times a day, per directions on the bottle
3 Wormwood capsules (it says up to 7) at 6 pm
2 teaspoons of the Black-Walnut tincture in water at 6 pm.
One teaspoon each curcoma and coptis at 9 pm.
Everything was fine.

Yesterday, I took:
One teaspoon gold coin grass at 5:30 am
3 clove capsules three times a day, per directions on the bottle as before
1000 mg vitamin C at 6 am
200 mg vitamin E at 6 am
1200 mg CoQ10 at 6 am(bottle says take 1- 60 mg but I am working up slowly every two weeks to 3000 mg)
1 fish oil capsule at 6 am
1 magnesium tablet at noon
One zinc tablet at 6 pm.
5 Wormwood capsules (it says up to 7) at 6 pm
2 teaspoons of the Black-Walnut tincture in water at 6 pm.
One teaspoon each curcoma and coptis at 9 pm.
Vitamin B complex tablet at 6 pm
Vitamin C 1000 mg at 6 pm
One teaspoon each curcoma and coptis at 9 pm.

Well, I woke up that night with either a panic attack or a hot flash. I've never had either so I'm not sure which it is. I am always cold, but I went very quickly to hot and sweaty. I also had a feeling of Depression anxiety, afraid I was going to die and I shouldn't be taking all these supplements. I hardly ever feel depressed and not really the nervous type of person. So I didn't know what was happening to me. My temperature at the time was 97.9, so it wasn't a fever. I am also having bad hayfever attacks.
So, of course I got no sleep last night, and today I have a pain in my right side, somewhere between my hip and my ribs. Is this gallbladder? I did have ice cream with dinner but it was the low fat kind. I am not usually bothered by fatty foods.
I am too young for it to be menopause. Can the parasites or the herbs mess with your hormones? Did my blood Sugar drop? I know you can get a flush from niacin, but it was not right after I took it.

I am going to have my hormones checked, but I couldn't get an appointment with the ND until the 29th. I've decided to stiop all supplements until I see the doctor although I may do a Liver Flush tonight. Can anyone help me figure this out?
