Note that this is a team of 100 robots (thus the "cent" in "centibots"), not 20 as the author suggests.

How many search and rescue operations does the US Navy perform? That's a Coast Guard operation, isn't it? Well... Surely, the US Government would never suggest one thing while meaning another? The US Government has never done that before, has it? Naw...
