This isn't exactly secret information. It can all be easily verified. The DARPA betting thing was main stream news. The technologies that were mentioned in the article are not exactly secrets.

Also watch for Patriot act 2 (under another name) to be comming down the pipeline shortly.

THere are alot of Non imbalanced people who are connecting the dots, all from different vantage points and comming up with much the same conclusions.
