I think Dr. Jordan Rubin (of Primal Defense fame) would disagree with Cayce about the yogurt and the whey. And many people cannot tolerate nuts. And Dr.Atkins & anti-candida diets advocate soy products - that conflicts with Cayce.

Confusing, isn't it?
