My husband is living proof that changing your diet is more effective for IBD than prescriptions. We have given up ALL dairy, ALL Sugar and replaced wheat with other grains. It took a couple of months for his gut to heal, but the difference is amazing.
By the way...when I changed my diet (to be supportive of him) coincidentally, my migraines went away!
The standard american diet is killing us. And we are proof that changing your diet will change your life - because we used to live on Taco Bell and sweets! I never thought I'd be a wholefoods kinda girl, but I am now.
