Interesting information. You guys have convinced me already. But I'll take issue on one point -- that pigs eat themselves to death. This is great information for bringing up when people say "he eats so much, he eats like a pig!" I will admit that in a former life I lived in a farming area and raised both sheep and pigs. Sheep had to be fed daily -- you couldn't put a weekend's worth of food out for them to eat while you went on vacation. They would eat and eat and eat if they could. You could set out food for pigs and they would eat until full. One of the pigs I raised "Anemone," was a mighty tasty pig and tasted nothing like the pork you find elsewhere.
