I have the same symtoms of a Cold or allergie snizzing, running nose in the morning, irritaded eyes, little bit of constipation, sore throat, little bit of headache. Drink plenty of water go sauna or steam room to help your body to detoxify. Don't stop keep going It has only to get worst before getting better.
